We are currently looking for a tenacious, forward-thinking demand generation marketing leader. The ideal candidate is a driven, marketing professional. Has hands-on experience developing marketing campaigns, demand generation strategies with the ability to execute across multiplechannels.We are looking for a strong leader that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. The role will work cross-functionally with different departments in marketing & be a business partner to our sales & customer success organizations.
Build, execute & measure campaigns that position Optimizely as The Testing & Experimentation Platform across both medium & large enterprises.
Collaborate with the team & CMO to develop & execute a marketing strategy for pipeline & revenue growth.
Leverage data & reporting to identify trends in performance & implement best practices to increase contribution to pipeline & utilize data & analytics to continually improve
Demonstrated ability to measure & report performance of marketing campaigns, & assess against marketing KPIs
Plan & execute highlytargeted integrated multi-channel awareness & demand generation campaigns
Develop strategies for both acquiring & nurturing leads that drive awareness, consideration & purchase intent across all channels including email, webinars, partners, paid programs & virtual events.
Partner with other functions in marketing & sales to develop key messages & content that resonate across a variety of channels; use data to help refine target segments of the business.
Comfortable in a variety of tools including Marketo, Salesforce, Webinar & Virtual Event platforms.
5+ years experience in B2B tech demand generation
At ease with metrics measurement & funnel optimization
Ability to lead & inspire those around you
Experience managing external agencies to produce creative, content & copy.
Exceptional writing, critical thinking, & communication skills
Self-starter who can take ownership & proactively resolve issues
Ability to handle a high volume of programs in afast-pacedtech environment
Deep understanding of SaaS industry & B2B marketing trends
Strong presentation & influencing skills
Worked in a high-growth technology company
