The role will ensure optimal performance of UK products to meet Key Performance Indicator targets, drive correct consumer outcomes & meet regulatory requirements. The team also has accountability for new UW tools & product features & implementing these changes to UK UW policies. To manage external requirements for regulations & credit bureau requirements. To build & maintain customer affordability & credit limit strategies. The role may also involve overseeing more junior colleagues helping them develop in their careers whilst managing their workload.
