The Social & Digital Media Analyst will contribute to drive Visa brand preference & card usage. The successful candidate will deeply understand the changing media landscape as it relates to digital / social media / content on site & is equally adept at driving marketing performance in social / digital channels, has digital media agency experience & is driven to create breakthrough work. The key to this job is having an unparalleled digital acumen, strong communication skills & the passion to execute flawlessly. The position is based in Paris, with a France, Belgium & Luxembourg responsibility.
Work on Digital & Social media platforms including publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content, efficient media buying & coordinating with agencies around community management & responses in a compliant & timely manner
Analytical & data driven approach. Reporting on key metrics, analyzing & interpreting trends & providing actionable insights based on available analytics data (eg. Google Analytics, A/B tests) to drive continuous improvements of results & campaigns.
Liaise with agencies & partners for content development & measurements ensuring that proper tagging is in place to support campaigns from a media & measurement perspective
Analyze online user behavior, conversion-data, customer journeys, funnel analysis & multi-channel attribution
Work with the central Marketing team to provide best practices, overall support as it relates to measurement
Always keep abreast of innovation & digital technology trends
Tertiary education, preferably with a marketing major
Knowledge of social media, SEO, content / media on either the client or the agency side
Proven expertise & working experience within social media & digital advertising
Experienced in tagging, Google Analytics (360)
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Strong analytical & process skills
Good understanding of the France, Belgium & Luxembourg markets
French mother tongue & fluency in English & Flemish market would be a plus
