THE POSITION:

As an HRIS Analyst, you will use your knowledge & experience within Dayforce to help our organization improve HR services. You will provide functional leadership on all projects with focus on implementing & maintaining Dayforce applications & any relative solution design. You will also provide guidance to our business partners regarding industry best practices & the functionality modules & any solution design, business process analysis & system integration. 

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

Functional

  • Work closely with the HR team to deliver business process improvement & HR system automation for the organization
  • Analyze & escalate bugs & issues raised by internal stakeholders to the appropriate streams & chase through to resolution
  • Oversee data integrity security for key HR information
  • Implement & maintain an organizational & role security framework within the core HRIS
  • Partner with IT to ensure HRIS integration & implementations run smoothly
  • Maintain a hands-on role to ensure that deadlines are met & key deliverables are always accurate
  • Document & perform module set-ups in test & production instances
  • Lead weekly project status meetings for assigned team & actively participate in weekly status, and/or, issues meetings

Technical

  •  
  • Ad-hoc report writing & data aggregation in SQL & HRIS
  • XML/XSLT troubleshooting & maintenance for inbound & outbound file feeds
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs & webhooks
  • Basic understanding of Json/Javascript
  • Define & maintain business process workflows & expressions
  • Follow SDLC methodology for feature development
  • Apply change management policies for deploying changes to production
  • Thorough understanding of database architecture, tables, functional interactions, & recognize & understand impacts to downstream systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot & resolve complex issues
  • Lead initiatives for implementation of HR systems processes and/or procedures
  • Configure & test system solutions to best meet the organizations needs while leveraging technology to be more efficient, accurate, & customer oriented
  • Partner with IT team to test, & release enhancements ensuring effective solutions implemented without disruptions

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Required a minimum of 5 years of experience with the following areas:
  • Hands on experience in at least 2 Full Life Cycle implementations of an HRIS system (Dayforce, Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors), from planning to configuration through go-live
  • Strong functional knowledge of one or more of the HR modules Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Performance, Benefits
  • The ability to perform functional configuration & project management
  • Understand & able to articulate Dayforce strategic direction 
  • Experience working with third party applications/integrations
  • Experience leading teams & driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
  • Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues escalation
  • Coaches & develops others on project team
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal & written
  • BA / BS degree from accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
