 About the Role 

iCapital is looking to hire a Strategic Finance Associate to support iCapitals growth by contributing to our sales & revenue planning, forecasting, financial modeling, & data analytics capabilities. This role will be highly collaborative & impactful, with opportunities to communicate findings to senior leadership & expand responsibilities as the company grows. The ideal candidate will specifically support the sales & go-to-market strategies for iCapital Solutions, a new tech-driven line of business for the company. The candidate will bring knowledge of financial modeling, problem solving using data, an aptitude for learning new software tools, & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities 

• Track, analyze, & report on key metrics that drive strategic business decisions. 
• Develop & manage Tableau dashboards for internal & external reporting of product volumes & platform usage. 
• Collaborate with FP&A & Biz Ops to prepare monthly reporting of iCapital Solutions. volume/subscriptions, P&L, headcount, hiring plans, platform usage, etc. 
• Act as business partner & analytical support to senior leadership, providing financial modeling & performance reporting, including ad-hoc data analyses & strategic financial models for new business opportunities (e.g., market sizing, product prioritization, unit economics, cohort analyses, ROI of new geographies, channels, or product enhancements).
• Develop cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, & Engineering teams across iCapital to review client opportunities, hiring & investment requirements, & growth initiatives.
• Assist with development & updating of operating & forecast model for iCapital Solutions, including input to Adaptive Insights, tie-out with NetSuite, & consolidation with Corporate FP&A. 

 Qualifications 

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting or big tech
• Bachelors degree demonstrating excellent academic performance 
• Data-driven thinker who can break down complex problems into models that can be built & then explained to senior business leaders
• Organized & detail-oriented process manager who can prioritize & communicate clearly with executives
• Highly collaborative relationship builder who can communicate with people at all levels & areas of the organization
• Extensive experience using Excel & developing financial models & quantitative analyses
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau or Lookr) and/or project management software (Monday or Asana) is a plus

Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus. We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office three to four days & remotely for the remainder of the week. Every department has different needs, & some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
