Litify is built on the best-in-class Salesforce Platform & were seeking to bring a Salesforce Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be an integral part of our growing Customer Success organization on the West Coast.

This individual will be primarily engaging in program managing the implementation & configuration of the Litify platform (Salesforce) in order to migrate our clients,set them up for success on Litify, & ensure a timely & smooth go-live ontheir projects.

You will be:

  • Owning the program management of implementation cycles of clients
  • Attending & participating in regular calls & interaction with ourclients (law firms) directly

We require:

  • 1-5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, either as an Administrator or a Consultant
  • Expertise in setting up users, profiles & roles in the Salesforce platform
  • Experience conducting data migration from CSV or other systems to the Salesforce platform, using various tools such as the Apex Data Loader
  • Experience configuring reports & dashboards in the Salesforce platform
  • Experience with Click Development in the Salesforce platform, including but not limited to custom fields, page layouts, process builder workflows
  • Experience installing & Click Configuration of certain Appexchange applications
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-faceted team to solve client-related inquiries & problems
  • Start-up qualities: self-starter, autonomous, driven, motivated, & hungry
  • Understanding of the Salesforce product & command of Cloud-based systems a plus

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to the legal industry & technology in law firms a plus
  • A bachelors degree from an accredited university is a plus
  • Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 or DEV-401 a plus
