The Role

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a book of our strategic global clients in the legal space while supporting our efforts to promote process, drive retention rates & increase revenue. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be experienced in the financial services space while also possessing strong communication, relationship building & problem solving skills.
