Netflix, the world's leading streaming entertainment service, is looking for a strategic business analyst to join the Talent Intelligence team. Talent Intelligence at Netflix is part of the Talent Acquisition team & partners with leaders throughout the company to make sure we always have a ready supply of what makes Netflix amazing: exceptional talent. By partnering on immediate needs & undertaking analysis of potential industry shifts or Netflix business changes, our team helps ensure that we are effectively tackling immediate talent priorities while simultaneously preparing for future hiring.
We want to add someone who is especially adept at business analysis as it relates to talent supply & demand factors as well as the range of factors that cause businesses to shrink & grow. In this role, you will be asked to think about the abstract: about how changes in the competitive & economic landscape should inform the way we hire & retain the most talented individuals on the planet. And we'll be asking you to come at those seemingly impossible problems with a data-backed mindset. You'll be responsible for being a key liaison between our team & operational partners in talent data aggregation & analysis across all areas of the Netflix business, but more importantly, you'll be thinking strategically about why we're collecting this data, better ways for us to do so, & you'll have ten other ideas about how we can leverage data to influence hiring & retention. In addition to being the team lead with respect to business analysis & data-backed insights, you will also be aligned to a specific Netflix organization & serve as a dedicated consultative partner with the TA team for that org.
