As Business Director, Agencies at Similarweb you will:
- Lead the Agency book of business; assume end-to-end ownership from strategy to execution, leveraging market expertise & in-depth knowledge of Agency needs to define our offering, go-to-market strategy & value proposition
- Advocate Similarwebs value to Marketing Agencies; lead & participate in engagements with industry leaders & evangelize Similarweb value to the industry
- Clearly define the Agency target audience & segmentation & determine prioritization & alignment of resources
- Bring market expertise & develop a strong Voice of the Customer to ensure we build, market & serve Agency clients with a differentiated & valuable offering
- Initiate & lead commercial & funnel analysis & reporting to surface market & operational blockers & opportunities in your book of business & track overall success
- Partner & guide the commercial team & operations to ensure achievement of business objectives & growth targets; craft strategies to drive market penetration & adoption
What will I bring to the team?
- 5+ years of experience / leadership role in one of the Big 6 Network Agencies in Planning / Insights roles with Digital expertise
- User of Similarweb - big plus
- Experience working in an internet company, hands on experience in digital marketing - required
- B2B SAAS experience - advantage
- Commercial Awareness & Business Acumen
- Must be VERY comfortable with data; analytical or analyst background an advantage
- A team-oriented mindset & the ability to work with a wide range of individuals across functions, from our go-to-market, marketing & product teams to executives & customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where decisions have a large & immediate impact
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- A self learner who can shine in remote work settings
