What youll be responsible for:

As the leader of the Sales Development team, you will play a critical role in executing our go-to-market strategy. You will hire, coach, & lead a team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting into potential customers in addition to qualifying inbound leads. You will work closely with Marketing & Demand Generation to constantly evaluate our messaging, positioning, & overall buyers journey with our ideal customer targets. You will build an innovative, repeatable, & metrics-driven engine for ensuring top-of-the-funnel pipeline generation.

  • Managing & scaling a world-class Sales Development team responsible for generating sales pipeline.
  • Building a frictionless end to end customer journey process in collaboration with other key company functions.
  • Developing & executing against individual & team-level metrics & KPIs that will be critical to achieving sales targets.
  • Coaching & mentoring a team of ambitious & competitive SDRs.

What youll bring to Circle:

  • You are an experienced Sales Development leader with 8+ years experience hiring, coaching, & leading a team of competitive & ambitious SDRs. 
  • You have an in-depth understanding of the latest & most innovative sales strategies, technologies, & tactics used to drive prospect engagement & pipeline growth. 
  • You have a passion for metrics & are adept in managing the SDR team to KPIs that most positively impact the overall business.
  • You obsess about the details & the overall customer experience.
  • Finally, you love building at the earliest stages. You enjoy actively contributing to the development of company processes, the articulation of the value proposition, & the creation of key tools & assets.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack & Apple MacOS preferred.
