THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our People Team. You will be integral to the team; your insights & proactive approach will ensure that we are making the right decisions for our people. Youll contribute to implementing policies & programs, while being the first point of contact for all HR matters. The ideal candidate is someone who is resilient, has a hunger for learning & has a strong technical skill set!

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Deliver great service to our internal customers by prioritizing & delivering high standards across the board
  • Be a point of contact for the HR team
  • Communicate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency of policies, practices, & operations
  • Respond to employee inquiries by providing information, guidance, & direction on programs, processes, & procedures
  • Maintain internal files & ensure data accuracy within our HRIS & other databases
  • Produce & complete ad-hoc requests & reporting needs as applicable
  • Coordinate & deliver new hire orientation & onboarding, including generating new ideas & making improvements to existing processes
  • Communicate the company's benefits program plan options, features & enrollment requirements
  • Opportunity to assist with & contribute to the employee swag store as well as help with company communications for promotions & product launches
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive culture that enables employees to be the best version of themselves
  • Other duties may be assigned to fulfill FanDuels objectives and/or job duties, & requirements may be changed as needed to meet current & future business needs

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 1 year of Human Resources related experience preferred
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, & change course of action quickly
  • Strong written & verbal communication, interpersonal skills, & ability to build relationships
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Technically savvy with specific experience using Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
  • A curious thinker with a go-getter personality
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
