We are looking for a VP of Sales Enablement to focus on our global sales enablement.
As the VP of Sales Enablement, we expect you to bring a strong point of view about what world class enablement looks like. You will own the sales enablement strategy including but not limited to a repeatable sales process including a great forecasting methodology, full product & use case driven enablement for SDR, SE, AE, & Sales Management. You will be an important leader within the Confluent sales team & will play a pivotal role in driving the enablement function that will support Confluent global sales teams.
