As a Junior Business Developer for the French market, your mission is to convert leads into customers. You will join a team led by Clmence our Sales Team Leader & Laurent, our Head of Sales. The team is composed of 3 Key Account Managers & 5 Business Developers.

‍‍As a Junior Business Developer France at Qonto, you will

Manage the inbounds leads and convince self-employed contractors, & business creators to open an account
Offer a quality client experience, onboard your new customers, & offer them an exceptional level of service
Focus on results & improvement & detect client needs to improve the product

About You

Experience: You have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Developer in a start-up / SaaS industry
Focus on KPI's: You are results-oriented & you like to have a visible impact on a daily basis (increase the sales revenue)
Sales skills: Your main concern is to satisfy your customer. Convincing is like a language in its own right for you! Also, you show empathy & adapt your speech according to the people you are talking to
Communication: You have a flawless oral & written expression in French & a good level in English
Resilience: You never give up! Any failure is an opportunity to learn.
Languages: You speak both French & English
Education: You have a Master's degree or equivalent
