Will be responsible for the development & execution of the strategic direction & delivery of the operating performance of the company. The candidate will be accountable for providing technical leadership, strategy, coaching & line management of direct reports.
The candidate will be responsible for developing processes that further build the Coveteur into a world-class media & lifestyle brand. This person must have significant experience in scaling technology solutions & CMS management, alongside data strategy, traffic growth & modeling, diversifying revenue streams, & expanding globally will enable the company to grow & reach its maximum potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key activities:
Strategic plan: develop technical solutions & measurable growth plan alongside the Group CEO & the Coveteur executive team
Technology & data: organize & directly manage strategic technology, product, & audience development team members for growth KPIs
Profile: build on the strong reputation of the brand through tactical new-to-market data-led solutions, awareness, PR, & word of mouth.
People: leveraging The Coveteur brand to attract, retain & develop the best & brightest leadership talent, technical agency/platform partnerships, & workforce, & to mould the culture throughout the organization.
Culture: build a highly engaged & high performing culture. Determine the optimal structure at each stage of growth.
Marketing: grow traffic, newsletter database, & social platforms. Advance & overall SEO strategy.
International: execute a plan to expand Internationally
Revenue diversification: add to & refine the company's business & operating model.
Process: build process, reporting & planning discipline
Scale: scale internal projects launched by editorial & sales team
Social responsibility: execute Coveteur's social & environmental commitments
General Management: Minimum of 10 years of progressive management in a leadership role at a digital publisher
Digital Media, Publishing, Data: Experience working for a leading media brand, publisher, or platform with a data strategy.
Operational: Well-versed in publishing CMS, SEO, content syndication.
Big & Small: Experience working in a successful start-up or rebrand
Fundraising: ***Know & be known in the VC community & have successfully raised money for a prior business.
Leadership: Possess true entrepreneurial drive, empathy, high energy & be a strong & passionate leader.
