The Business Technology team utilizes a variety of enterprise tools & solutions, to solve many of Plaid's most pressing operational issues. On top of maintaining Plaids SFDC & Zendesk instances, we currently maintain many of Plaid's most business-critical applications & tooling, such as Lead Scoring, PRM, CPQ, Contract Management, & Support Systems.
As a Business Technology manager, you will work with the BizTech team & cross-functional stakeholders to plan & manage our SFDC & Zendesk product roadmap. You will help discover business-critical problems that can be solved by our enterprise technology stack, as well as identify any new technology required to solve issues efficiently. You will enable the BizTech team to scale to meet the needs of an evolving business through process, technology, & recruiting.
