As Head of Global Integrated Marketing Solutions at Refinery29 you are a strategic business leader & creative thinker. You will lead & champion the creation, positioning & delivery of award winning, market-defining, branded content solutions that align with our mission & deliver results for our clients.
You will be an indispensable partner to the sales team in driving revenue growth for R29 through excellence in branded content, advertising product development & delivery as well as client management. You will oversee a large team (30) & collaborate with key internal stakeholders (data & insights, experiential, commercial creative, social programming, sales operations & planning) to integrate & leverage our internal expertise, talent & capabilities in delivering exceptional client solutions.

- Establish & spearhead the Refinery29 branded content strategy by linking the needs of our clients with the expertise & assets of our company in a profitable, business-building manner.
- Oversee effective campaign delivery ensuring efficient & effective processes, reporting & skilled end-to-end execution.
- Lead the media team in generating performance-driven media solutions that are standardized for efficiency. Establish how to measure & maximize the effectiveness of campaigns through social channels.
- Design & implement client service principles & practices across the team that lead to high levels of overall client love & satisfaction.
- Create & lead a high performing team thats engaged, motivated & skilled in providing insightful, strategic, creative & effective branded solutions to clients.
- Build R29 brand & business value through effective positioning of the Refinery29 brand & content value including our mission, vision & deep relationship with our audience. And through driving an effective trade strategy in collaboration with our communications experts.
- Position & help sell branded content solutions to clients on larger scale projects.
- Proactively establish & manage a strategic, effective client strategy that maximizes revenue, minimizes cost, & delivers the right solution for the client needs & scope
- Achieve profitable business growth through effective management of all the advertising solution variables including: product mix management, inventory yield management, increased sell through rates for advertising solutions, excellent in product/solution quality, etc.
- Generate consistent client satisfaction, loyalty, & increased client renewals.
