What will you do?
As the first IT hire for our growing New York office- & the third person on the IT team- you'll be responsible for handling all in-person IT requests & issues for our NY colleagues & in the office - which could be laptop hardware issues, video conferencing, audio-visual, data networking, & more.
Along with staff in SF, you will monitor & reply to IT tickets & requests from all employees, including our HQ in San Francisco, & remote employees in other areas of the United States.
You will run audio-visual & video conference systems in the NY office, including setup & management of weekly all hands meetings, & needs for intermittent after hours events.
You'll share the 24x7 on call rotation for IT services, including Windows Servers, Cisco & Meraki networking, & Internet services for SF & NY offices.
