Internship Summary

SecurityScorecards Talent Brand Marketing Intern will help the SecurityScorecard People team advance our strategy to evangelize our mission & employment value proposition. We love what we do, & you will help tell our story through social channels to build enthusiasm around our passion for cyber security & the opportunities to grow a career & make an impact in an important industry. The Intern will work be a part of the People team, & in partnership with the Marketing team.


  • Help craft a talent brand strategy & associated content calendar
  • Source an create compelling videos & photos for social posts
  • Partner with People team to develop brand collateral for our best in class candidate experience initiative
  • Assist with the development & execution of employee engagement events
  • Create & execute internal marketing campaigns to promote programs like referrals, training events, & philanthropy events
  • Research & outreach to advance our university & partner recruitment strategy
  • Participate in special projects across departments as needed

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or recent college graduate
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Willing to work from our offices in New York, NY

  • Fluency with social channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Excellent writing skills & a creative visual eye
  • Professional demeanor
  • Resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude

Summer Internship Program Details

  • Paid internship: $15/hour (maximum of 40 hours/per week)
  • 10 weeks: June 3 - August 10, 2019
  • Projects designed to encourage strategic & creative thinking & to make a real impact on our organization
  • Exposure to business leaders across functions & to company initiatives
  • Learning & development opportunities to build transferable business skills & industry knowledge
