We are looking for a Career Accelerator Program Leader (Contract) who will work with our Early Career Talent Acquisition team to design & deliver sourcing & recruitment strategies for our Program. The Senior, Early Career Talent Consultant is seen as the go to expert on college & early talent & is responsible for cultivating & nurturing relationships with candidates, universities, technical boot camps & other institutional partnerships. This is a highly consultative, strategic, & collaborative role & an exciting opportunity to be involved in hiring our emerging leaders.
As a member of our Talent team you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment focusing on high caliber non-traditional & Early Career level candidates for our technical & non-technical organizations.
