Who you are
In this critical role for Drizly, the goal is to ensure optimal operations of Drizly's software services & systems. You are a person who is able to diagnose & resolve problems quickly & can communicate with a variety of teams & users. You have a strong ability to plan, organize, & execute projects that continue innovation. It is important that you have exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate, & resolve complex problems, & act as the knowledge expert on the IT team. You will have an action-oriented, proactive approach with identifying what the problems are, & how we can optimize processes with tooling, instilling trust internally, & creating a seamless IT environment. You need to take a step back, & understand broader pain points across the Drizly organization.
What the role is
In this IT Admin role, you will be an integral part of the IT team, responsible for implementing & improving our IT processes & standards. You will help deliver & support new solutions that allow Drizly to improve the end user experience as well as provide gains in efficiencies, security, & operations across our software services & systems.
Your experience in supporting Windows & OSX based systems, services, & applications will add tremendous value to the team. You will bring your past experiences & offer fresh ideas & solutions to improve our IT environment during our times of massive growth. You should have basic knowledge of security & creating a secure environment as it pertains to IT systems.
