About the Role:

AdRoll is seeking a Account Manager to support & manage our mid market retail accounts. This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic, high performing team, as well as make an impact in the growth of our company. This role is responsible for supporting & growing existing business & you will be instrumental in providing consultative value to our existing customer base through strategy development & product adoption by understanding their fundamental business needs.


  • Responsible for leading & growing a portfolio of AdRolls existing Commerce advertisers
  • Use performance data in creative ways to drive product adoption, upsells/cross-sells, & client retention
  • Retain & upsell existing book of business to effectively hit quarterly revenue targets
  • Foster & strengthen relationships with all clients at highest levels of the organization (Director, VP, C-suite) through email, phone, in-person meetings
  • Provide consultative & strategic marketing guidance for clients to help achieve their business growth goals
  • Be able to evaluate & optimize marketing channels based on metrics such as return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, new customer acquisition engagement, & assist with increasing the lifetime value of our clients' customers
  • Work collaboratively with Onboarding (CSM) & New Business with a shared goal of development, retention, & growth in these new partnerships
  • Work closely with sales support teams across Solutions Engineering, Dynamic Creative, Ad Operations, & Optimization departments to optimize & troubleshoot online advertising campaigns
  • Educate clients on new product features to drive continued product adoption & increased client investment
  • Partner with the Product team & consistently surface client feedback
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to manage client billing needs


  • You have a minimum 4 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the AdTech industry
  • Data driven with very strong analytical & reporting skills
  • You have knowledge of the latest trends associated with display marketing
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Youre a self starter with a solutions oriented attitude
  • Extremely organized & experienced in managing/prioritizing a high volume of tasks
  • You are passionate about collaboration & working cross-functionally with a host of different teams
  • Adaptive to change & have the ability to learn quickly
