Position Summary:

The Business Systems Analyst will utilize strong business & analytical skills to support Silverlines evolving cloud-based business systems including:

  • CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Client Portal (Salesforce.com Customer Community)
  • Analytics (Salesforce.com Einstein Analytics Studio)
  • Professional Services Automation (FinancialForce PSA)
  • Project & Issue Tracking (JIRA)

Working alongside the Software Strategy & Systems Director, this individual will engage with business stakeholders on our sales & marketing teams to implement new functionality as well as support day-to-day systems requests.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes & translate requests into technology requirements
  • Build & prioritize backlog of systems needs for sales & marketing teams
  • Design, configure, & deploy Salesforce tools & solutions to support the running of our professional services teams
  • Create & maintain departmental reports & dashboards within Salesforce & Einstein Analytics Studio
  • Investigate & respond to internal support tickets
  • Manage project scope, timelines & ongoing communication for internal systems initiatives
  • Prepare User Acceptance Test plans
  • Prepare training curriculum & deliver training on new functionality

Education & Required Experience:

  • 3+ years Salesforce Administration Experience
  • SFDC Administrator Certification plus SFDC App Builder or Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Direct experience with CRM project management & professional services applications
  • Experience with business intelligence tools
  • Strong communication, writing, & presentation skills
  • Experience working independently & with remote teams in a fast moving, driven culture
  • Proficient with Google Apps & MS Office
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related fields of study or equivalent business experience

The following experience is a plus but not required:

  • Solution Architect experience
  • Einstein Analytics (Wave) experience
  • Previous Experience with FinancialForce PSA & / or JIRA
