THE ROLE 

Peloton is looking for a self-motivated & talented Lifecycle Operations expert to join its Product Marketing organization. Reporting to the Director, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, you will help optimize the efficiency & output of our Lifecycle & CRM teams. Were a fast-paced, action-oriented team that thrives on collaboration, making fast, data-driven decisions, & challenging the status quo to most effectively deploy personalized, consumer-centric communications across the consumer journey.   

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lifecycle Strategy Ops:

  • Create & maintain project schedules for all lifecycle campaigns from brief through final asset delivery; take the lead on ensuring projects move forward seamlessly & efficiently by coordinating (and often attending) creative reviews, production reviews & check-ins
  • Partner with Creative PMs to ensure stakeholder feedback is actioned on a timely basis, & that final deliverables meet project requirements
  • Project manage delivery of creative assets & business requirement briefs between CRM, Lifecycle Strategy & Marketing IT & ensure QA of all campaigns is completed
  • Lead cross-functional management of all Lifecycle marketing calendarization, ensuring that all campaigns are accounted for & do not overlap
  • Consolidate & share testing roadmap & owned marketing channel best practices to the broader marketing organization
  • Facilitate retrospectives for the Lifecycle & CRM team to build teamwork, identify pain points, & support the ongoing improvement of team processes

CRM Ops:

  • Assist in scoping & determining milestones & schedules for Lifecycle & CRM projects; intake changes to project plans & priorities, & help manage downstream impacts to other project timelines & resource capacity
  • Initiate & lead standing & ad hoc meetings needed for alignment & execution, which include creating & communicating agendas beforehand, as well as, recapping notes & next steps afterward
  • Track progress throughout the duration of a project (from definition to launch & beyond) with a mindfulness toward dependencies, & facilitate effective communication within & across teams
  • Maintain documentation & dashboards that allow for quick & efficient understanding of resource capacity & project status

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing or CRM Ops role required 
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Lifecycle Marketing & CRM processes & deliverables 
  • Advanced proficiency in Monday.com, Jira or other project management tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented & able to track multiple moving workstreams
  • Excellent problem solving skills; thrives when working with complexity
  • Resourceful self-starter & solution-seeker who demonstrates a high level of initiative & intellectual curiosity
  • Team player who doesnt mind rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless execution
  • Proven ability to prioritize & deliver in a fast-paced & dynamic environment, managing multiple projects & responsibilities concurrently
  • Open-minded & fast learner who responds enthusiastically to change & opportunity, & can adapt quickly to shifting priorities & changing business needs
  • Owner-operator who takes full responsibility of projects & tasks & can be relied upon to meet deadlines
  • Strong listener who is able to deeply understand the teams needs, ask the right questions to keep a project moving in the right direction, & proactively pursue feedback
