THE POSITION

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Programmatic Media to drive significant revenue growth through the management of key media channels for our FOXBet brand. The FOXBet Growth team is tasked with driving new app installs, registrations & real-money players through paid media channels. The team is responsible for the planning, execution & optimization of growth campaigns including brand/ATL campaigns as well as user-acquisition focused performance marketing/BTL campaigns.

The ideal candidate will know how to build & scale complex programmatic media campaigns across an evolving media environment including but not limited to: programmatic display, video, native, audio as well as PG & PMP deals across all media. This person has demonstrated experience working at or managing an agency & working in a matrix environment to achieve positive results. THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Responsible & accountable for the entirety of programmatic media campaigns from implementation to attribution to optimization including strong technical knowledge with DSPs, ad servers, 1st & 3rd party integrations, dynamic content, etc.
  • Manage & integrate external partners within different areas of the business to help elevate the results from programmatic media as well as contribution to the entire marketing department
  • Work with Senior Leadership cross functionally to communicate respective program strategies & channel direction
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, invoicing & reconciliations for programmatic media programs
  • Provide continuous assessment of programmatic programs & identify areas for improvement as well as new partnership opportunities
  • Accountable for successful media management performance to drive installs, registrations, & real-money players through all programmatic efforts
  • Support league & team partnerships
  • Manage members of the team to foster an environment that encourages intelligent risk taking, innovation & creativity
  • Identify, develop & grow top talent within the Media & Demand Generation team, specifically within the programmatic channel
  • Evolve our understanding of the competitive landscape & enhance our planning & execution by leveraging reporting & insights across the organization
  • Drive analysis, reporting & insights, & dissemination of such information for key program
  • Drive & prioritize key analytics projects for respective program

THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • 6+ years of experience managing respective channels
  • 2+ years of managerial experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing role at either an agency or on the operator side
  • Meaningful experience working with performance marketing & media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) & understanding of the utilization & relationship between them
  • Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data & methodologies used to inform decision making & drive performance management; a data-driven decision maker
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic marketing landscape
  • Experience building a strong programmatic practice from ad operations to daily management to specific programmatic strategies with a broader acquisition marketing plan
  • Experience negotiating favorable rates & deal structures with advertising partners
  • Strong understanding of marketing testing & reporting methodology
  • Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally & in writing, & provide clear direction on projects
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams & ability to build strong relationships internally & externally
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, & ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Knowledge or understanding of the business & culture of sports & gaming preferred
  • Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred
