Team Summary
Visa's Digital Partnership business development team is a global client facing organization that sets & develops long-term partnership with industry leading fintech brands & platform providers across Asia Pacific.
What an Analyst Business Development does at Visa:
The Analyst, Business Development will support the partnerships Business Development team with managing & executing on strategic partnership projects/programs. Success requires working closely with a multitude of cross-functional team to execute partnership agreements & deliverables that are complex, strategic & cross-functional in nature

Business Development & New Opportunities:
Work with manager to fully understand business requirements & desired outcomes whilst prioritizing information requirements
Manage & ensure timely execution & delivery of ongoing initiatives with partners ensuring that Visa-partner initiatives are delivered on time & within scope
Work with senior team members & cross functional teams to support partner implementations
Build business cases to support the evaluation of potential partnership opportunities for partnership strategic & financial value
Provide business rationale & analytics in support of opportunities

Partnerships Strategy:
Support the regional Digital Partnerships team in developing the team's strategy, specifically in your focus segment (e.g. neo-acquirers, non-FI issuers etc.)
Continuously review market landscape, identifying developing partnerships that will position the Digital Partnerships team as best-in-class
Research industry trends & emerging themes in technology & payments that will shape the future of Visa's business & support the development of a point-of-view' to inform stakeholders
Financial modeling impact of strategic partnership
Contracting & negotiation

Communication & Executive Reporting:
Manage pipeline & other internal reporting needs
Report to & interact with senior team on status of partnership progress
Foster in-depth & productive relationships at all levels with the client & the Visa organization
Proactively educate the Visa organization on market developments & partner opportunities

Impact & Projects you will be a part of:
In this role, you will use strong analytical, relationship skills, contextual business sense & a creative flair to solve real world business challenges for Visa's with fintech Digital Partners & build long-term partnership frameworks for cashless amplification with some of the largest payment enablers within our industry


A minimum of 5 years business experience
Consulting, Banking, Fintech Payment experience will be a plus
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of business knowledge, financial skills & engineering background
Ability to work within a complex & often ambiguous environment, & ability to guide the relevant stakeholders
Willingness to learn & ability to partner, communicate & manage/navigate through multiple
disciplines & organizational groups
Strong attention to detail; organized & curious
Team oriented, empathetic, collaborative, energetic, positive, with a can do attitude
Self-starter, Agile & easy to adapt to different moving projects
Keen to get stuff done
Bachelor's degree required
