THE CHALLENGE
We're looking for a tenacious & experienced sales leader to join our growing Canadian sales team. The Canadian market is a rich & dynamic space within the events landscape, & we're looking for a start-up oriented Business Lead to bring their creative problem solving skills, leadership experience & competitive drive to lead the team to great success.

THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for leading a growing team of Account Executives in Toronto & Vancouver while helping them to define & execute on their individual business development strategies, communicate our unique value proposition & accelerate Eventbrite's growth in the Canada.

Currently reporting to the Sr. Sales Manager - North America, the ideal candidate will have a commensurate amount of sales leadership experience & a great understanding of what makes a successful sales team at a global scale.  You would have ideally worked within a growth-stage environment across SaaS, technology or ticketing, have experience in coaching & mentoring a developing team to success, & a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets & objectives.
