BlaBlaCar Brazil, which is launching a marketplace of long distance bus tickets in 2020, is looking for an Account Manager with broad interests to manage the relationship with our bus partners & work on projects across the whole company, mostly related to B2B Sourcing, Sales support, & Business Development. In this position you will have the unique opportunity to contribute in building a new vertical at BlaBlaCar. We are looking for someone who has the grit & motivation to join the entrepreneurial adventure.
What you will directly contribute to
Management of the after-sales relationship with partners (bus operators) nationwide, ensuring a high level of satisfaction & zero daily friction;
Champion relationship with partner in order to capture its needs & maximize results of the partnership; be the voice of the partner regarding product needs
Management of campaigns (ex: discounts during low season) alongside partners & internal teams involved, predictively creating customized annual calendars & ensuring their execution;
Track & ensure successful system integrations, unit testing, bug reporting & product enhancements;
Monitoring & ensuring the success of the process of reporting & payments for partners;
Support creation & improvement of processes, policies, procedures & business strategies;
Perform data gathering, market research, competition analysis & data analysis for strategic decision-making & stakeholders reporting
Work remotely partnering with global teams (Marketing, operations, product, tech, data science, & finance), whilst interfacing & actively engaging with the local stakeholders, communicating complex analytical insights, reporting performance results (OKRs & KPIs) & business implications effectively
2-5 years of experiencewith account management, business analysis, business development, inside sales, management/strategic consulting, or project management
Previous experience with B2B Partnerships. (at startups or bus market is a plus)
Bachelor degree needed. Engineering, Economics, Business Administration is a plus
At least one relevant volunteering, academic or professional international experience
Strong communication skills & ability to present in a clear, structured & concise manner to all levels
Ability to work with data to define priorities, actionable insights, & present results - excellent skills to build outstanding Presentation & Spreadsheets
Python, R or SQL a plus
Strong knowledge of the internet/technology ecosystem
Being able to create persuasive storytellings & improvise
Ability to structure solutions for complex problems
Fluent Portuguese & English, with both formal written & verbal proficiency
Extreme orientation to details & organization
Ability to relate by naturally engaging people around you, building strong relationships & personal bonds;
