As our Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for helping guide a team's direction, define their technical roadmap, coach engineers as they grow their careers, & assist in recruiting new team members. 

 

Every day you will run & continuously improve an agile engineering process, be responsible for shipping high-quality products & for your team's key projects. You will partner with leadership to identify strategic technical investments & ensure delivery of those projects.

 

To thrive in this role you must have experience in building, growing, & leading a team of engineers. You must have experience in building, shipping, & maintaining web applications & services as a software engineer as well as, the experience of using agile methodologies & tools to build products for users at scale, in tech organizations.
