As PagerDuty's Program Coordinator, you support the development, execution & maintenance of the company's Crisis Response Program. Reporting to PagerDuty's Crisis Response Manager, you are responsible for keeping teams organized, informed & ready. You are also responsible for research & development, global threat monitoring, systems management, incident management support, data collection & overall plan maintenance.
