In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with colleagues both within & outside of HR, giving you exposure to many different styles, experiences & philosophies for providing support to employees around the globe. You will act as the Senior Manager, People Operations with an HR Business Partner focus for leaders, managers & employees in our Cloud R&D function. This includes employees in San Francisco, Santa Monica, Denver, Toronto, New York, London & Dublin offices. You will lead a team that consults & partners with management on topics such as people development, change management, proper performance management, compensation assessments, coaching & training. This positions contributions will fundamentally impact the development of Pivotals mission executed through HR programs & processes.
