Lyft is looking for an experienced & motivated Senior Manager for worldwide Consolidations to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a talent for fostering teams & building a world class accounting organization that supports rapid growth.


  • Lead Global consolidations process. Ensure Financials statements are prepared as per US GAAP
  • Collaborate & align business partners to obtain required financial information. Lead improvements to make processes more efficient & effective
  • Review journal entries & account reconciliations, as well as preparing and/or reviewing financial reporting & flux analysis
  • Maintaining the integrity of the global chart of accounts & related cross mapping to legacy ERPs
  • Responsible for ensuring that intercompany transactions have been appropriately implemented & executed per the existing intercompany agreements
  • Ensure Foreign exchange impact is appropriately accounted & reviewed for accuracy
  • Responsible for validating system interfaces & troubleshooting consolidation general ledger issues while working with IT
  • Responsible for identifying & implementing process & system improvements with the goal of decreasing days to close, while also improving team efficiency & scalability
  • Responsible for developing & maintaining accounting policies & procedures & ensuring SOX compliance in areas of responsibility
  • Support internal & external auditors in the periodic review of the Company financial records 
  • Responsible for leading, mentoring & developing the accounting team & ensure appropriate allocation of responsibilities


  • BS Accounting & CPA required
  • 10+ years of experience in Accounting, including Big 4 & industry experience; public company experience required. Experience with consolidation, intercompany transactions, account reconciliations, multi-currency consolidations, & financial reporting required
  • Solid understanding of general ledger systems & foreign currency translation
  • Attention to detail & accuracy is a must
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment, managing multiple & changing priorities with ability to understand issues, demonstrate resourcefulness & proactively resolve problems while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Proven track record of making improvements in all areas of accounting 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience working in ERP systems (preferably Oracle)
  • Must be a hands-on leader, have a strong work ethic, excel in a fast-paced environment, & be adaptable to changing responsibilities & priorities
