About Us

Were on a mission to build care that fits your life. Our business started as Simple Contacts, but is rapidly expanding into the Simple Health brand as we launch more & more direct to consumer medical services.

Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze workflows, understand requirements, & identify opportunities for improvement. Using operational data to validate, build a product backlog that prioritizes operational efficiency, automation, & scalability.
  • Define & champion a holistic vision for both our internal tools & the admin team. Build buy-in across the company, & advocate for the teams priorities in planning meetings.
  • Prioritize relentlessly to ensure the team is working on the highest value projects, & communicate tradeoffs internally.
  • Lead end-to-end product development for a team of at least two software developers.
  • Test, monitor, & routinely audit internal platforms to ensure tools are working as expected & operations are uninterrupted.
  • Own our third party integrations. Serve as direct point of contact to ensure our priorities are communicated to partners & handle ongoing integration maintenance.

About you:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer service, product management, or project management capacity at a software company.
  • Familiar with agile product development & the product managers role.
  • Working understanding of software development & terminology, able to learn new technologies quickly & independently.
  • Able to communicate complex technical & business issues for a wide range of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions & strategies of teams or individuals, without direct authority.
  • Excellent analytical & organizational skills.
  • Experience in tele-health and/or start ups a plus.

  • Minimum 2 years experience serving in a product management capacity for a team focused on internal tools or admin interfaces.
  • Experience serving as PM for a software development team with at least two developers, working with an agile software development framework.
  • Demonstrated experience with APIs & technical integrations from different generations of technology.
  • Strong knowledge of software development & related terminology. Able to understand the technical lift of a given project & proactively identify challenges & risks.
  • Able to communicate complex technical & business issues for a wide range of audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions & strategies of teams or individuals, without direct authority.
