Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Executive Assistant to join our New York team.

About the role

Running efficient operations is an essential factor to a successful organization. This Executive Assistant will support our executives, managing their time & priorities to best support & ensure success.

You are someone who loves details & can connect them to the bigger picture & loves the challenge of working in an ever-changing & growing environment! You are a team player & be able to excel in a startup & busy culture.

You will report to the Chief Legal Officer. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the New York City office & part of the time work-from-home/remote.


  • You will support our main executives to ensure that their organizations are supported by accomplishing the following:
  • You will manage their calendars
  • Coordinate meetings & conference calls & reserve locations.
  • Keep a pulse on team culture & morale -- bubble up issues with ideas for solutions.
  • Evaluate workflow for the leaders; develop an understanding of task & issue priorities; bring urgent matters to attention.
  • Draw on experience & judgment while handling confidential & proprietary matters.
  • Prepare travel arrangements & submit expense reports promptly.
  • Greet guests & make them comfortable when they arrive.
  • Partner with colleagues for meeting planning & assist with special projects.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment supporting a C-level executive
