We are looking for one (1) high-performing individual to lead a small team (pod) of Customer Support Analysts within our Investor Services Support team.   

As a Customer Support Pod Lead, you will lead a team of 5-6 Customer support analysts in their daily activities, & will be responsible for all aspects of their performance toward organizational goals.   As a player-coach, you will spend approximately half of your time developing & managing the team, & approximately half of your time leading by example as an individual contributor.

The Customer Support Pod Lead is an entry-level management role, in which you will be responsible for planning & managing the daily support activities of your team;  and continuing to lead by example through individual contributions.
