When you first think about Deliveroo, you probably think of getting great food to your house in less than half an hour. Awesome right? But behind the scenes is the real story. * Ensure all social media assets & campaigns deliver against our briefs, with clear objectives & key messages
* Be responsible for scheduling content across all our existing social channels & coordinating all content produced by our social media agency
* Develop new strategies for increasing follower growth, including via influencers outreach & brand partnerships
* Work with the creative team to produce eye-catching designs on social media
* Responsible for tracking, reporting, & monitoring social platform analytics both at local & global levels
* Liaise with all teams across the business to organise the monthly editorial calendar: restaurant marketing, promotions, sales, PR & comms**

What we are looking for:

* Experience needed in social media strategy, & engagement with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Twitch & Tik Tok experience would be a plus.
* A portfolio of work that demonstrates versatility, creative thinking, & strategic messaging
* Confidence in your ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-moving workplace
* Solid understanding & enthusiasm for all things social, including promotions, analytics, best practices, etc.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, project management & time management skills
* Self starter with an outstanding ability to think creatively, & identify & resolve problems
* Experience in paid social & sponsored posts is a plus
* Fluent in English (verbal & written) is mandatory
