What We Need

We are looking for a seasoned executive to help build & drive our International expansion efforts, specifically targeting UK/Europe in 2022.  In this role you will be the primary stakeholder in developing & executing our international strategy, including: delivering on our supply & demand needs, marketplace development to evangelize & sell our products & suite of services, hiring necessary staff & support resources to deliver on business goals, & building operational capacity to support future expansion. You will work closely with executives across the company & serve an integral part of the business organization & directly impact the accelerated growth for the regional EMEA headquarters. Success at Yieldmo comes from someone who is naturally energetic, entrepreneurial, effective, humble & who simply hates to lose. This senior role will be responsible for acquiring new clients & generating a specific quarterly & annual revenue quota. 


  • Develop & execute a comprehensive plan to scale Yieldmo products & services into the EMEA market that meets or exceeds quarterly revenue targets
  • Understand & sell the Yieldmo value proposition to both the buyer & seller communities & develop region specific go to market to ensure Ecosystem receptivity & growth
  • Identify, build relationships with, & sign premium publishers to become part of the Yieldmo Smart Exchange
  • Lead & negotiate business terms & agreements with potential publishers & work with publisher operations to assist with the integration process & ensure successful launch
  • Navigate platform partners (specifically DSPs) to drive deep relationships across diverse partner functions, acting as a trusted consultant & building Yieldmo champions as well as adding net new integrations
  • Identify & build relationships with leading agencies & marketers in market to secure preferred partnerships & adopt Yieldmo products & services & utilize our Smart Exchange
  • Hire industry leading talent across all necessary functions in order to ensure successful achievement of the international plan
  • Manage daily & weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts & closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
  • Coordinate & manage one-on-one & team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings & training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement & best practice sharing
  • Work cross functionally with global counterparts within Yieldmo to marshall resources & align plans to support the international efforts
  • Ability to attract, hire & train publisher facing support team, dsp partnership & programmatic savvy sales personnel
  • Be a change agent within the organization with the creativity to offer new ideas
  • Help define new models & processes to grow business


  • Metrics driven business development and/or sales leader with in depth knowledge of adtech ecosystem
  • 8+ years of on-quota, B2B sales experience in a highly competitive market
  • Successful history of closing business & over-achieving quota at the enterprise level
  • Experience in selling both applications & services leading with a value-based approach
  • Hiring, mentoring & cultivating champions within your team
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results
  • Commitment to excellence working with hustle, anticipating issues & communicating with diplomacy
  • Strong contract negotiation skills
  • Hunter mentality
  • BA/BS degree; or equivalent combination of education & relevant experience
  • Ability to travel (as appropriate under current global landscape) throughout Europe & once per quarter to US
