We are seeking a Director of Sales Development to lead a team of managers & enterprise SDRs. You will be the head of this department, with responsibilities for results, budgets, hiring & talent development, processes, best practices, systems & tools. You will partner closely with the New Business sales team, marketing, & the partner team to collaborate on demand generation campaigns, overall cross-functional processes, & the sales strategy to cultivate demand in targeted market segments & accounts.
