The Order Ops Analyst is responsible for monitoring Walmart ecommerce order flow & ensuring a great customer experience through on-time fulfillment, proactive customer communications & optimization of operational responses to customer contacts. Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience through operational excellence.

What youll be working on

Master all Walmart Order Operations: Take ownership of order flow & the services behind the operations

Technical Expertise: Create ticketing workflows, training materials & high-level analytical reporting, data visualization & creative/effective customer communications

Contribute to Team Excellence: Become part of a fast-paced & tenacious team of Analysts that manage cross-functional operations across three different geographical locations

Build Leadership Experience: Own & improve operations conducted by a team of 40+ Order Ops Agents, Team Leads & Supervisors in Salt Lake City, Utah

Responsibilities

  • Learn everything there is to know about Walmart ecommerce order operations & fulfillment & how they affect the customer experience
  • Continually challenge yourself to learn more & grow the scope of your role
  • Own & optimize operational & service reporting
  • Create, write specifications, & deploy new processes
  • Lead by example, contribute to our values & adhere to our high standard of performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in operations, customer service or analytics

  • Experience with Excel, SQL, Python, Looker, Klipfolio, Splunk, SalesForce, Jira
