Warby Parker is searching for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our high-energy team & provide day-to-day support across all 170 (and counting!) retail locations. In this role, youll play a key part in achieving operational efficiency & excellence by ensuring each & every store team has what they need to succeed. You will support the Retail Operations team in answering support tickets, policy creation, process building, & supplies procurement. In addition, you  will work cross-functionally with the Retail Operations Manager, the Retail Communications Manager, & the Eyecare & Vision Services Operations (EVO) team. What you'll do:

  • Become an expert in all Warby Parker retail processes & systems
  • Respond to all Retail Operations ticketsUpdate  retail-facing policies & procedures
  • Identify & communicate trends in questions & issues, & pinpoint policy updates, training, & communication opportunities
  • Track inventory levels & supply procurement for stores in partnership with our third-party supplies vendors
  • Maintain the store specs resource library & support bi-weekly policy refresh messaging
  • Be available as needed for on-call weekend & evening shifts

Who you are:

  • Backed by 612 months of experience in retail store operations
  • A passionate self-starter who works effectively & efficiently 
  • Highly motivated & focused (an orderly to-do list is the secret to your success)
  • A concise, clear, & compelling communicator
  • A critical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
  • An ultra-organized person with superb prioritization & execution skills
