Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for ensuring the sales team is able to communicate & prove the value of our platform to our prospects. The Sales Enablement function does this by providing the team with the learning materials, content, & resources they need to drive growth & success. This includes:

- Training the customer-facing team on all associated knowledge & skills (content development, management, & delivery), with a special focus on SDRs
- Maintaining competitive intelligence documentation
- Discovering & capturing customer stories/proof points
Ensuring that new hires receive critical training & support during their onboarding process 

This position reports to Meaghan Riley, Director of Field Enablement & will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product & Strategy to ensure the workflow, systems & people are aligned & working smoothly to enable sales excellence, with a specific focus on our SDR team. 

This position will own their own projects for the SDR team while also collaborating with the Director of Field Enablement on cross-team initiatives & day-to-day management of the enablement function.
