Planning Manager Location: Irving, TX; Grand Prairie, TX, Newark NJ, Phoenix, AZ, Aurora CO
Job Description The Fulfillment Planning team plays a central role in maintaining efficient Operations & delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our Planning Managers are responsible for end-to-end end-to-end production planning for our U.S. distribution centers, including addressing day-to-day operational risk, analytical problem-solving, & driving improvement of key performance indicators. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical & dive-deep skills, as well as excellent communication skills & executive presence, who can partner effectively with other leaders across functions to solve problems & execute high-level network decisions on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities
Own & manage of the on-time creation of daily production plans Track progress to & deviations from the plan, drive problem-solving & root cause analysis Assess & identify potential Operational risks; lead the discussion of risks & plan changes with other key business stakeholders such as Procurement, Logistics, HR & Operations leaders Utilize production planning tools & track performance to ensure the successful execution of production plans Take on projects to drive the continuous improvement of Fulfillment Planning tools & processes & complete them on schedule Manage the team of Fulfillment Planning Analysts Report to the Senior Fulfillment Planning Manager

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain preferred Organizational, project management skills, attention to detail & accuracy Excellent interpersonal, math, & written/verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google sheets and/or MS Excel required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning or related positions that require cross-functional collaboration & data analysis to influence stakeholders [Preferred] Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment [Preferred] Experience managing direct reports
This is a Monday-Friday hybrid position (3x per week in office) that is located in either our NJ, AZ, Irving, TX & Grand Prairie, TX, Aurora CO, locations. Other locations available dependent on location.
