Location: At the moment, we are all working remotely. However, we have offices in London & New York, & this position can be based in either office or remote in the US or UK (subject to your existing legal right to work in either jurisdiction).

About the Role
A Support Associate Intern will assist the OpenFin Customer Support team in a variety of facets. As an intern, you will be contributing by answering customer inbound queries, revamping our self-help materials & producing Support articles.
Candidates can expect to be exposed to a variety of technologies & OpenFin product features. Additionally, candidates will be able to appreciate how customers in the Financial space are leveraging OpenFin to build web front-end applications..
This role is ideal for candidates who want to code, write documentation, interact with customers & gain a ton of insight into web development in the financial landscape.
