Who you are
You are a customer-first super communicator & natural storyteller. You think big picture & have a knack for connecting vision & action through competitive, breakthrough strategies. You're results-driven, with a strong track record of leveraging insights to drive decision making. You are adept at building strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders. You pride yourself on being a subject matter expert on the customer groups you support, & always put the customer at the forefront in order to effectively communicate the vision & value of our products. You are a self-starter, but know the best way to get there is together & you get energy from collaboration, discussion, & partnership.
You have a proven track record of success & 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in e-commerce or for a marketplace. You have hands-on experience developing & managing sales enablement & other external facing collateral, including pitch decks, & we'd be extra impressed if you have experience leading or owning a GTM function.
What the role is
As Drizly's first Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for painting an inspiring vision for our products as they go to market. You will support our GTM & product engagement strategy through crafting value propositions, developing product & user stories, & working with our creative & brand teams to build enablement materials. You will partner with the Supplier, Retailer, & Marketing Analytics teams to define & establish buyer personas & ICPs for each of our customer groups, & establish cross-department work-streams to support effective & efficient communication for future scale.
This is a critical role in helping Drizly develop a product-forward marketing strategy to support our acquisition & drive performance against our core business objectives.
