Were looking for a Strategic Sales Development Team Manager to help manage & scale our North America SDR operation.

This role will report to the Director of Sales Development.

As Strategic Sales Development Team Manager, you will be responsible for directly managing the North America SDRs focused on Global Strategic Accounts that are headquartered in North America. You will be a source of knowledge & best practices amongst the SDRs & will help to train, onboard, & mentor SDRs with the help of the SDR Enablement team.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as Strategic Sales Development Team Manager means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Running the day-to-day activities of an SDR team focused predominantly on outbound prospecting activities & pipeline development
  • Ensure SDR Team members improve performance & abilities over time by providing coaching & feedback in recurring 1:1s
  • Measuring & reporting against KPIs, as well as creating reports as needed or requested by senior management
  • Identify & make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, & Productivity
  • Co-develop & update our Sales Development playbook
  • Work in collaboration with Strategic Sales Leadership, Managers, Content, Industry Experts, & Product Marketing to develop effective messaging for outbound communications to your teams assigned accounts.
  • Ensuring company & department policies & procedures are adhered to & recommending updates when needed
  • Creating a fun, high energy, results-oriented environment where SDRs love to work

This is the perfect job for someone who is: 

  • 2+ B2B sales management or equivalent experience, preferably in a sales development role
  • Experience managing an SDR team or equivalent experience
  • Experience driving outbound lead generation (calls, emails, InMails)
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, & people management skills
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.com, Salesnavigator, & sales engagement platforms (like Salesloft & Outreach)
  • Excellent communication & content writing skills, in English a must
  • An understanding of current digital ad technologies & online marketing including display advertising, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Social, Email Marketing & data solutions - a plus
  • Analytical mind, knowledge in Excel/sheets & Salesforce.com - a must
  • A lifelong learner whos passionate about continuous improvement, with high expectations both personally & for the team
  • Working days - Monday to Friday
