What youll be responsible for:

As a Talent Data Coordinator, youll join a team focused on helping Circles employees be as effective as possible. You will assist in the companys growth & scale by providing the best in class service to Circles global workforce. You will work closely with the other members of the Talent team to understand & master current processes, then find ways to streamline & improve, & ultimately own them. We're looking for an ambitious, quick-learning, highly motivated individual who seeks a collaborative, iterative, & fast-paced environment. You will have an opportunity to grow your career in an exponential way but will require your hard work & dedication.

What you'll work on:

  • Assist in US & international onboarding process such as background checks, I-9 documentation, benefit administration data entry, HRIS data entry, & scheduling coordination.
  • Assist with processing of terminations including updating HRIS, benefits, & COBRA administration.
  • Assist with data entry for global health, dental, vision, life & other insurance plan benefits including enrollments, changes, & terminations. Assist in the annual renewal process. 
  • Data wrangling & cleansing of HRIS data for reporting & compliance purposes.
  • Assist in developing new processes for data management; write scripts for conducting audits of data in the various HR systems to ensure accuracy & consistency.
  • Assist in development & implementation of global talent policies.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support & assistance to the Senior Director, Talent Operations & other members of the Talent Operations team.
  • Participate & support as needed in other Talent Operations duties as assigned such as immigration, talent reporting, payroll support, process documentation, real estate, & employee communication.
  • Support the Talent Operations team with preparing data & presentation materials, etc.

  • 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment & interest in learning about Human Resource operations at a startup.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Bachelors degree is not required but you must have a strong desire to learn many new things, amazing work ethic, & alignment to our Mission & Values.
  • Strong analytical skills & knowledge of data wrangling, data analytics & data visualization foundations, coding in Google Apps Script, SQL, Python or Java & familiarity with using robotic process automation tools preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently, within a team, & with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to prioritize & handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack & Apple MacOS preferred.
