Marketing Operations Intern

Were looking for an intern to work 20 hours/week with a detail & process oriented mind to join our marketing team. The Marketing Operations Intern will play an essential role in helping us achieve our demand generation & operational business objectives.

What You Will Learn:

  • How to develop business rules, systems, & automation to improve organizational efficiencies & workflows
  • Understand & enact data management best practices
  • How to properly integrate & manage different marketing technologies
  • Create regular reporting to equip your colleagues with information for strategic decision-making
  • How to extract meaningful & contextual insights out of business data for marketing teams & the larger organization
  • How to layout, segment, & deploy emails using Enterprise Marketing Automation and/or Splashs own CMS


  • Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program
  • Detail oriented; Holds themselves accountable for delivering high-quality work
  • Enjoys working with data & new technology to solve complex business issues
  • Driven by curiosity to understand processes & increase efficiencies
  • Proven troubleshooting & problem-solving ability; you ask lots of question to understand the challenges & arrive at solutions
  • Proficiency in Google sheets/Excel
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
