CarGurus is seeking a co-op to join its Sales Operations team. This individual will play an integral role in supporting & enhancing the operations of CarGuruss Sales Operations organization through technology enablement & process innovation & optimization.
This position will sit within CarGurus Sales Operations department, specifically the Sales Support team, providing direct assistance to Sales & Service teams with regular Salesforce activities such as investigating & resolving issues. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal & multi-tasking skills. This is a full-time, paid, Fall 2022 Co-op position. Only students currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program will be considered. Must be eligible to work 40 hours a week from July 2022 - December 2022.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in managing a Salesforce support queue within established service level agreements. Triage requests & deliver high-touch, timely support to Sales Operations internal clients (Sales)
- Manage intake process for sales requests by gathering & recording business needs, scoping technical requirements, coordinating cross-functional efforts, & managing end-user expectations
- Maintain data integrity & standardization within Salesforce objects
- Research & evaluate new tools & solutions that support business needs
- Collaborate & partner with stakeholders (including Sales, Enterprise Applications, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, etc.) to implement strategic cross-functional initiatives
- Develop reports to analyze & measure KPIs, & assist with presentation preparation
Who You Are:
- Current student pursuing a bachelors degree in business, information systems, or a similar field
- At least one previous co-op/internship experience
- Excellent communication skills; both written & verbal
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Experience juggling multiple tasks at once
- Flexibility to periodically extend working hours to support the Sales organization
- General experience in a customer support role preferred
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) & Project Management systems (JIRA preferred)
