Job Description

We are seeking an experienced workplace professional to support our growing team in Portland. You will be responsible for creating programs & managing operations that enable our teams to do their best work. You are creative & have a keen ability to design solutions to new problems. You take pride in making spaces both beautiful & functional, & know how important even the smallest details are to making an environment great.


  • Oversee & facilitate daily office operations

  • Assist in building & developing office programs & operations that support the needs of the local team

  • Ensure an amazing office experience is had by all visitors to our spaces, including candidates & guests

  • Build strong relationships with local teams & site leads

  • Collaborate with peers & contribute to cross-functional projects that build & evolve the culture of our team

  • Assist with managing local team events & activities that build a sense of connection to each other & our products

  • Assist with managing workplace vendors & service providers (janitorial, food & beverage, furniture, etc)

  • Manage work order requests

  • Assist in construction & facilities projects & tasks

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant job experience

  • Proven vendor management skills

  • Customer service driven

  • Ability to work independently & are a strong multitasker

  • Excellent collaborator with partner organizations, willing to take the lead from others to get the job done

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Strong sense of urgency & excellent follow through skills

  • Proficiency in Google Suite preferred but not required
