We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Experience Officer. This person will handle a wide range of administrative & executive support related tasks & will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person will be very well organized, flexible & enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a fast-paced executive.
The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful & efficient, with a high level of professionalism & confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written & verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability & attention to detail are equally important.

What you'll own:
Maintain CXO's appointment schedule by planning & scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, & travel.
Manage CXO's calendar & inbox.
Organizing CXO's time by reading, researching & routing correspondence: drafting letters & documents; collecting & analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Prepare & submit expense reports on behalf of the CXO.
Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying & transmitting text, data, & graphics
Collecting & analyzing information to prepare reports & prep CXO for meetings
Provide historical reference by developing & utilizing filing & retrieval systems & potentially recording meeting discussions.
Maintain professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contribute to encouraging, high performing team culture by completing individual tasks to achieve team goals.
Manage & coordinate travel & lodging for leadership offsites, customer travel & speaking engagements
Own & execute complex, multi-day travel itineraries & provide critical updates in a professional & timely manner
Experience you'll need:
5+ years as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives or Partners at professional services firms
Experience operating in a fast growing company; tech company experience preferred
Experience using G suite cloud computing for task prioritization & management
