As a Data Analyst Product Intern, you will be part of the Data team, which is a transverse organization & which role is to support our Business. 

You will report to the Product Analyst team & be part of a team of ~30 People including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Web Analysts, Business Analysts,

The Data Team has 3 missions : 

  • Accelerate the Business thanks to data & insights

  • Support company transformation towards a Data-driven Culture

  • Develop a valuable & actionable data asset


As a Web analyst, you will assist the team in its differents projects to help Product & Tech teams leveraging data.

You will participate in improving user experience & optimizing the conversion on our product; based on strong product analytics data asset that will allow us to analyse the performance of our products Website & Apps (B2C + B2B*).


*B2B: TFM3 is an Electronic Reservation Booking software developed by TheFork to help restaurants to manage reservations, offers, etc.

The expected outcomes of your role are:

  • Reliable & strong data foundations to improve our knowledge on product use.

    • Enrich the product analytics data asset with continuous improvement of the tracking, in collaboration with Product & Tech teams.

    • Ensure the compliance of our data collection with the current regulations (GDPR guidelines).

    • Administrate the Tag Management tool & guarantee the consistency of the tags environment.

    • Ensure good data quality through tests & alerts.

  • A data-driven product roadmap to optimize the user experience & accelerate the conversion.

    • Create dashboards to monitor the performance of our products (Web+Apps) & deliver insights.

    • Provide support for AB tests monitoring, interpretation of the results & in-depth analyse.

    • Participate in ad-hoc analysis that will help to prioritize product optimizations.

Your Profile

  • You are at the end or in the middle of your studies (bac +2 to +5)

  • You have followed web / mobile analytics courses

  • First professional experience in web analytics (agency or advertiser) is a plus:

    • You have knowledge of web analytics tool, ideally Google Analytics, or other tools such as Adobe Analytics, XiTi / AT Internet, Amplitude.

    • You have knowledge in tracking: development of tagging plans, administration of TMS.

    • A knowledge of A/B Test tools (Optimizely/ AB Tasty like) & UX tools (Content Square, Hotjar, ..) would be a plus.

  • You show analytical skills & you love to deep dive in order to obtain impactful insights.

  • You are rigorous & aspire to provide accurate data.

  • You are proactive & dont wait to be told what to do.

  • You demonstrate a high level of team collaboration: you will have to work closely with teams seeking to optimize performance in terms of traffic acquisition, conversions, user experience & customer knowledge.

  • You have a good level of English (Operational fluency in English essential)..
